This is why Elon Musk’s X platform was fined by the EU. Elon refused to follow the regulations that every other platform has to adhere to in the EU. This is not a “free speech” issue.

🇺🇸❌ The US voted against the resolution on UN cooperation with the Council of Europe - together with Russia, Belarus and Eritrea. 😵‍💫 The document contained a condemnation of Russian aggression against Ukraine. The US explained that such wording does not contribute to peace.

Der „Ressourcen-Deal“ ist eine Falle. Er ist so gemacht, dass die Ukraine ihn zurückweisen muss. Trump kann ihr dann die Schuld am durchgefallenen „Friedensprozess“ zuschieben oder wegen „Undankbarkeit“ ganz fallen lassen. Solche unannehmbare „Angebote“ kennen wir von Putin.

So: Russia flatly rejected one Trump envoy (Kellogg), made the next one (Witkoff) wait for eight hours, rejected the ceasefire, and instructed Trump that his job is to give Russia what it wants. That’s what Trump means by "respect" I guess.

A scenario: -Russia accepts ceasefire -Russia then breaks it and blames Ukraine -Trump sides with Russia, accuses Ukraine of killing his ‘peace plan’ and stops aid again, this time for good Europe better prepare for this scenario.

Anybody relying on any technology with US origin or links better thinks twice. At a blink of eye it can be made unavailable. The great decoupling of the US economy is a mandatory step. From cloud computing to satellite data communications, from pharmaceuticals to weaponry.. Seek resilience !

Reports have appeared that Maxar satellite company has closed access to its satellite images following a request from the US Administration. There has been no official confirmation.
