Today, EXCISE celebrates a special milestone - 100 participants recruited! A huge thank you to all our participating sites for delivering high-quality research, and to every participant who has generously given their time to take part. Together, you're helping improve care for future patients.
The fourth edition of our trial newsletter celebrates this milestone and the progress across our participating sites. Congratulations to Hull and West Suffolk on recruiting their first participants, and to Hull, Fife, and Bath for achieving the highest recruitment totals.
We are pleased to share that EXCISE has already achieved its pilot progression criteria, all 3 site and participant recruitment metrics in the green category - two months ahead of schedule. A huge thank you to everyone who has contributed to the EXCISE Trial, our participating sites and patients.
