📜 #Exo4Edu #SummerSchool 2026: Day 5 After a session on astronomical heritage and exoplanet education, participants presented their learning scenarios. The school ended with the distribution of certificates and the group photo. 📸 These teachers are now ambassadors for #exoplaneteducation! 🪐
Day 4 of the #Exo4Edu #SummerSchool: ✅ The morning was reserved for presentations, in which the teachers shared the activities and resources they had been working on during the week. In the afternoon, the group had a cultural visit to Kruja and a social dinner to celebrate the week. 🇦🇱
Day 3 on the #Exo4Edu #SummerSchool was all about the search for life beyond Earth! 🪐 On the one hand, our teachers learned about #exobiology and what makes a planet habitable; on the other, they learned how to use the Exo4Edu educational tools (including the #Exo3D visualizer!) in the classroom.
Day 2 in the #Exo4Edu #SummerSchool was all about how we find exoplanets! 🎓 The day was centred around student-first teaching strategies, #exoplanet detection and hands-on workshops. And, in the evening, participants took part in a skygazing session! ☄️ Swipe to see some photos from yesterday! 📸

Our #Exo4EduTeachers continue to share the project and its resources everywhere they go! 🪐🪐 Recently, teacher Lindita Lohja from Albania led a training session on the Exo4Edu platform at the Physics Network meeting for lower secondary education at the “Edith Durham” School, in Shkodra.
Two teachers from the first Albanian training course carried out their own #Exo4Edu activities! 🪐 This week, we showcase the activity by teacher Ornela Kurti, where the 10th grade students presented planetary systems before a jury and created their own 3D-based video explaining planetary motion. 🎓

#Exoplanet news: @obs-paris-psl.bsky.social & CNRS just published a study modelling atmospheric dynamics and cloud formation on brown dwarfs. Since brown dwarfs are perfect analogues for directly imaged exoplanets, the model can be a new tool for interpreting giant exoplanet observations. 🔍
