As per Art 127(1), Hungary’s withdrawal from the Rome Statute is effective on June 2026. Until then, like any other State Party, Hungary has the duty to arrest all fugitives from the Court. If it does not, the Court can find a non-cooperation breach and ask the ASP to take action.
