There are no clothing machines. All garments are handmade. ALL of them. There is no T-shirt machine. Every $5 shirt I’ve ever purchased was sewn together by a human being who is an expert sewist. Just thought I’d mention that before tomorrow.

My daughter bought me this lovely leather clutch from an antique shop for my birthday. I gave it a quick wash with saddle soap and applied a leather conditioner, and wow is it transformed.

Anyone who says "This is what they voted for" in response to the tragedy unfolding in Texas is having a vile thought and needs to sit shamefully in a corner until they learn what solidarity is.

When I see the razor thin margin of the house vote, I remember that 3 Democrats have died in office since March alone. I am angry about the clutching of power at the expense of our country. I am angry at party leadership for doing absolutely nothing to stop any of this. Shame on y'all.
