(he/him 🏳️‍⚧️ ) Hi! I’m a 30+ writer of adult Queer romance (you might know me as one half of the Iris Foxglove duo) and a fiend for folklore. My books are usually nsfw 🔞 My new M/M romance is coming out in early 2026!

I think I’m getting better at making covers with stock photos! I haven’t figured out how to make the fancy text without signing up for ad*be, but I’m getting there!

People talk about wanting to put comfy chairs back in Barnes & Noble, and I get it, but when I worked there (in several different stores) people used them to masturbate so often that the chairs became biohazards.

The vibes in this part of the WIP are like if your rogue with a negative charisma stat has to do all the talking, but he can’t roll above a 10 to save his life and people keep offering to chuck his dice bag into the sun.

I introduced a raven named Pickle who desperately wants to befriend an uninterested dog into this book and that’s now all I care about I can’t believe I have to write actual plot when there’s a raven named Pickle

I hit my weekly word count! I don’t normally have word count goals, but I needed one this time. Tracking progress in this way has helped me work through a difficult (but ultimately satisfying!) chapter. A word count goal also helps me enforce writing breaks. Time to take a day or so to recharge!

Emerging from a writing-related fugue state on my day off, realizing I need to actually stop and consume food to keep going But I can’t have my one of my go-to quick meals because I live near one of the centers of the latest outbreak and fresh greens are off-limits

Just saw Andy Serkis defend an all-white casting of the Shire because they’re an insular community My dude, the Harfoots are brown. They are the most populous hobbits IN the Shire. That means that most hobbits are not white. Frodo has some Harfoot ancestry. Sam is a descendant. (M&P are not)

How do authors find book bundles to join on itchio? I’m still relatively new to the site and I can see some jams that are available, but that’s not quite the same thing.

The one negative thing about Goblin Heart’s release is that a cis man said that he found the cunnilingus scene improbable because people don’t orgasm from that, and I am still suffering psychic damage

This is doubly so for books by trans people! Literally every trans author I know has had the experience of putting out a new book and mysteriously accumilating 1-5 1 star reviews with no text. We *know* the transphobes like to do this shit, so leaving a review–even with no text–helps immensely!

It's because of reviews like this that one of the best things you can do if you want to support an indie author (besides buy their work) is leave a positive review. One or two bad reviews can really hurt a book's sales when there aren't that many reviews to begin with.
