Took out the old drawstring and added more pockets and it's better. You can push the dice in or let them shut at the edges and have a nice dice tray, so they don't escape when you roll them. They'll be more trapped when I put a drawstring back in, but you could probably do it so it'll lie flat.

Got three "chapters" in before I realized the Alastair Reynolds book I picked up was an anthology after double checking the description. Truly a chaotic choice driven by the fact that Reynolds books are nice background for analysis work.

It took about four and a half hours to finish and truly it's just a silly little guy complete with silly little wings and feet. They look like they should be sort of elastic, but unfortunately are not.

Still haven't finished the ballad of falling dragons because it's emotionally crushing. Disappointed to say my guess as to who the elding is correct and uhhh its bad. I honestly sort of doubt the flourish is real at this point and I'm not sure how they're getting out of this mess.

🪐📚 Having finished the Appocalypse Codex by Charles Strauss, it's very Christian apocalypse cult with a side of horrors from the beyond. Perhaps a little too real in some aspects in that it's pushing them to believable extremes. It gets a lot right in just the right ways to be horrifying.
