As a global society, we will not be able to grow and develop, until we can figure out how to teach, promote and compel adults to embrace empathy for all fellow humans. Selfishness and ignorance are a leading cause of the downfall of society. If we could be better humans, the future could be bright.

With regards to the wildfires in Canada. I implore the U.S., please stop threatening Canadians over smoke. It sucks I get it, but people are dying and losing their homes. We can't control the wind. I have been smoked out by U.S. fires and my biggest concern was always with the victims of the fire.

Kind of want Spain to win the World Cup so that Trump has to hand them the trophy after shitting all over them.

Seeing more and more discussion on whether or not the 2024 election was stolen. With Trump being less popular in 2024 than he was in 2016, but managing to win every swing state by large margins. This worries me greatly, what if the same thing happens in the Midterm and MAGA "wins" by a landslide

Very confusing time for me. Ending one long time career for medical reasons and in the situation where I have to re-educate and start a whole new career late in life. It feels like when I finished high school all over again. 😳

I feel like one of the thresholds for becoming infamous and notorious is that you have ruined a family name for the rest of time. For the reason no one can walk around with Hitler or Stalin as a last name, I will never look at someone with Trump as a last name the same again. 🤔

One of this biggest things that seperate MAGA folk from the rest, is just straight up empathy. I notice in my own country of Canada, that people on the extreme right, also lack empathy. So if lack of empathy is what creates hateful groups, how do you fix that? Parents are certainly a root cause. 🤔

THe World Cup starts today and already it has been arguably one of the worst in history with the low attendance and difficulties people are having even entering the U.S. Hopefully for the players and teams, the actual games will go well. I will be watching with my family from the safety of my home.

Sitting in my parked car listening to the rain. Makes me miss my grandparents house. They had a long varanda, it was great to sit there during the rain and listen. Been about 30 years since I was last at that place, the memories are still strong.

I feel like Canada has been patient and polite enough, we really just need to kick Pete Hoekstra out of our country. It has been made quite clear that no serious negotiations will ever be had through this man.

Great to see GOP members turning against Trump. Feels like the beginning of the end, hope it becomes more and more common and we get to watch the irreversible slide into oblivion.

Happy Pride month. I don't think we will ever completely eliminate hate, but hopefully someday soon we can drive the haters back into the holes that they crawled out of when MAGA came to power.

Excited to see the new Star Wars film this weekend with my daughter, we are both big fans. Going to try and avoid spoilers and reviews.

Is it the Midterms yet, the world 🌎 has had enough of this MAGA shit. Though it should be MOGA, Make Oligarchs Great Again. Since they are the only ones benefiting from anything that is being done.

It's been about 17 months since I started playing guitar. It is always hard to judge my own progress I find. The guitar I have is a Donner Les Paul from Amazon. It has been dependable and performs ok. My guitar teacher told be it is time to get a better guitar. I'm a bit torn on what to do.
