"A Professor's Breakthrough" (2026) And now, a Pokémon comic without any actual Pokémon! Over the years there was enough lingering series lore implications that led me to the idea of making this comic, one that puts the lab-coat professors in the spotlight and gives Fennel some overdue attention.

In this comic, a rookie Pokemon professor (Nate) is struggling to prove his theory that humans and Pokemon are practically equal. He then figures if nothing else is working with the proof, then he supposes something as simple as willpower will be it. He does so and he successfully shrinks himself down like a Pokemon for a Pokeball. As he revels in his success, another professor enters his cabin lab...Professor Fennel walks into the cabin lab as the rookie looks up in shock at the now massive scientist. He runs just as she unsparingly steps on him and someone else near by speaks to her.Fennel invites two scientists into the cabin, as the rookie falls off her foot and lays there as the women make their way inside. As the rookie looks up at the three now surrounding by his pinboard, he decides he has to get their attention first as living proof.
