Walked Dougie up n down the drive. The farrier was there n thought he looked better in walk.

Well Dougie still seems less than happy on his fronts. But he does seem better on hard/level surfaces. Also, I got escorted down the drive n back! It’s the longest outside I’ve ever been. I was nervy but Dougie was good!

I will be attempting to sit on Doug's again this evening. will have to find something more level and hard for him. The driveway isn't the best place for this to be honest. I wish the indoor school had a firmer surface. Outdoor could do with it too.

M25 was its usual hot mess of heat n miles of slow traffic. Thank Epona for radar cruise control!

I do wish Dougie was showing more of an improvement. I want him comfy n happy.

Well Dougie was not sound on soft but fared better on hard surfaces today. Vet said to keep doing it on hard for now.

Coffee m cake time before Dougie time.

Sleep was not great. Hard bed, heat n unable to find a decent comfy position again. Bleary horse mode and soon driving back home via Dougie to sit on him for the first time since his procedure.. we will take it slow and steady in walk.

Well its that time of the month.. TTRPG time so we're down south for the start of the new campaign (we're not running it) it also took us 3hours to get here :( bloody M25.

I am in so much need of some good news/fortune/luck. We just can’t seem to get a break this year.

Ok, So Hive think the 'signal' is dropping out which is why its failing to do a consistent charge session. odd that it happens every hour?? but its out of warranty, they don't supply them anymore. Guess its time to move to a new charger that works with Octopus!

So I've been charging the car this week.. and it's been odd. the charger has been doing it in 1 hour 'chunks' so it's starting, stopping and it's not charging continuously. Not sure if its the feed to it, or if its the charger causing it. it charged properly at the start of the month tho.

Last time I walk the Dougie till Sunday now. Planning on sitting on him then too.

Walked the Doug in crispy sun.

During said loud movie it hit 96db according to my watch.

Back out from seeing The Oddessy. Def see it on the biggest screen! It’s loud! And during one storm scene both Squirl n I got drenched in cider from behind us! No idea how or who! As to the movie - enjoyed it a lot. Is it his best? I still prefer interstellar.

We are off to the flicks shortly.

Today marks 20 years since Squirl and I got married. We had our 'Schwedding/I can'r believe it's not marriage' civil partnership ceremony, but when the UK allowed marriage, it back dated it to the day of the ceremony. So 20 years..

I think Dougie was walking better tonight.

So that’s what he thinks of being walked around while his hay is waiting for him ;)

Did the Dougie walk today. I think he was moving a little better? I’ll see how he is Monday. Won’t be walking him Tues as we have the day off for reasons.

10mins of walking under the crispy sun. Mostly doing loops in the yard. Still slight pulse in both fronts.

Will be heading out into the sun shortly to go walk the Doug(tm)

So walked Dougie after his 2 days of rest. He still has a digital pulse but he did get injected right into the coffin bone area. It’s going to take time I think.

I shall be nipping out of work a little earlier today as I'm going to see Dougie and start his recovery plan - 5-10mins of walking for a week on flat/level ground then start building up to more a week after.

Squirl's chemo 'pump' has not been doing its intended task. he's had to go back to hospital earlier as they want to see him and the device. Only noticed last night and think the hosp didn't check the line correctly.
