#Stunday Königssee, Bavaria last week. Three weeks in my old home country. Wonderful to see family and friends. Beautiful landscapes. Absolutely scary with the heat wave. Are the politicians in power not scared, too? (I was so naive and expected some official comments on climate change mitigation).

Lake with blue water. A church with two onion domes and a wooden boathouse at the shore. High alpine mountains in the background with green forest at the lower slopes. Above a blue sky with some white clouds.

Japanese garden, botanical garden in Augsburg this morning. The week we have spent in Germany so far has been very hot. So I (and our dog) spend a lot of time inside and do activities in the morning and evening. For me it is holidays, but many have to work in the heat. #Augsburg #botanicalgarden

A green garden with a large tree to the left and in the distance. You can see well cut shrubs and a walking path. On both sides there are Japanese wooden garden houses. Between them is a wooden tree deck over water.

From May. Frualid at Öved. The area is a rest of a previous volcano. It is also an area where the owner voluntarily preserves the forest for nature conservation. Perennial honesty is growing here in the wild. Beautiful place and very few people visiting. #ForestFriday

Beech forest in spring. Trees standing on the left side of a path and the brunches are arching over the path. On the right side one can see little bit of a lake.
