New publication! In this chapter I deal with green hydrogen (GH2) in Latin America as a new frontier of decarbonization. Analyzing 🇦🇷🇨🇱🇨🇴 from a comparative perspective shows a new frontier myth: GH2 projects would offer an opportunity to develop an empty or structurally weak hinterland. Open access 👇
