I mean to say that Russia lowered the specs on fuel in order increase output. Even if they hadn’t done that, it STILL may not have meet US regulatory requirements.

3. All of this is before we answer the question of whether or not Russia could even meet demand. Also, don’t assume any of this will do what they say it would. Both Putin and Trump are liars and both have on long list of failed plans.
Here’s a few questions I have about this new announcement from Trump. 1. Russian has had to lower the specs on their fuel to increase demand. Can we even use their diesel? 2. The US doesn’t lack refining capacity, this decree would bypass them and hurt domestic refining, which will piss them off.
So…do we need to sanction ourselves? Please go and vote in the midterm elections, this fool is due to be impeached again.
