It just hurts y”know, that eventually the person you became so close with just won’t interact with you the same anymore They say it’s fine and that they will treat you the same no matter what but eventually they don’t….and then you wonder what was the point of all that time together…

I think I need to share this to offer a different perspective on this matter. We should appreciate people who don't have friendship decay, but also be considerate of people who do have it and not condemn them for being less closer than before. Friendships fade with time and place, it's normal.

If you don’t feel as close to someone after a period of time for whatever reasons, that’s totally valid! You should not feel forced to maintain a friendship at any level you’re not comfortable with. It’s OK to have Friendship Decay!

Therapy is actually going so well! I never thought I would make so much progress with myself mentally but I’m trying not to rush stuff But I pray I am a better me at the end of it
