So, my new primary doctor gave me a maintenance inhaler to use when I wake up / go to bed. I haven't needed to use my emergency inhaler at all since Friday. Ill still carry that one, but on a normal basis my lungs are doing great. I'm sleeping better too!

So after my Pokemon FireRed stream yesterday, I finished the goal of getting 30 types to get the Item Finder. I needed 5 so I ended up doing. Evolving the Weedle line to Beedrill Caught an Abra near Nugget Bridge Traded the Abra for Mr Mime Traded a Spearow for Farfetch'd #vtuber
