Mehrnaz in Sema #10

Sema, the sacred whirling dance of the Mevlevi tradition, is more than a movement. It is a spiritual journey; a turning away from the ego and toward love, unity, and the divine. With every turn, she lets go of what weighs on her. With every breath, she moves closer to freedom. She is not simply dancing. She is becoming free. 🌀✨

The Quiet Between Breaths #11

Between one breath and the next, the body tells stories that language cannot hold. This series explores stillness not as the absence of motion, but as its deepest expression. Every gesture becomes a meditation, every curve a line of quiet poetry. In surrendering to gravity, the body discovers another form of freedom.
