It really is annoying to just want recipes and follow an account for recipes only to find out they have the most rancid political takes and so I unfollow because I do not want to support those views but goddammit they had fire recipes. Probably the only good thing in their miserable lives.

People look down on fanart and fanfic as if some of the greatest works in museums aren't Biblical fanart and as if Dante's Inferno isn't self-insert Biblical fanfiction. Back off of creative works. Everything comes from an inspiration.
That feeling of "thank God my therapy session is today" when shit hits the fan in a big way.
I really wasn't expecting that I would be healing personal trauma by being the person I needed years ago for someone close to me going through similar trials but here we are. It makes it feel like surviving had a purpose and I'm grateful I'm in a position to help them.
Anyone else surprised that Starbucks isn't selling milk tea with boba?
Another great recipe to share. My only suggestion is to season the green beans with celery salt or onion powder and garlic salt. Spinach Artichoke-Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe - Home Chef share.google/EVNUUZ1C4nR3...

"Dip" is either a delicious spread to put on crackers or chips, or it's a toxic substance that kills ink-based life forms. (Throwing that in there for all you Roger Rabbit fans.) Spinach artichoke dip...

Listen Threads is a hellscape, but when the horny wicker romance trailer drops and I have to find out about it from the group chat because bluesky is not collectively losing their shit... I do yearn for the days of a more consolidated Romancelandia. 😂 youtu.be/HP0BWBWn14I?...
I managed to successfully predict an energy drop and planned around it. That might not seem impressive to most people, but for a #spoonie it feels miraculous.
I'm so happy that cozy romantasy is having its moment because I'm a huge fan and I honestly feel like a significant portion of the population could use some hope and lightheatedness. I'm also happy dark romance is also popular because it's a good coping mechanism too. Overall happy for books.
I was mad at my cat for chomping on me (she was overstimulated) and tried to tell her not to get on the bed. This bitch climbed the bed, sat against my legs, and then did a flop on me while purring loudly and looking cute as could be. I am incapable of remaining angry and the little shit knows it.
"You're always so precise and thorough in your explanations!" Thanks, it's
I really would love if my brain would please supply sufficient dopamine so that I could accomplish tasks. I've been daydreaming of making a really decadent brie, strawberry, and thyme melt for days now but the executive dysfunction is making that impossible.
Something that I never really understood until I was much older was that I was basically set up to fail at relationships until I learned that I hadn't ever seen a truly healthy one in person. I modeled my ideal off of fiction and trauma, making me a glowing target for abusers.
I managed to become my partner's dad's favorite by occasionally sending him really cheesy jokes via text. He gets to pretend to be huffy at my bad jokes then often will come back with an even worse one to retain his fatherly role.
Saying that the base messaging of Beauty & the Beast stories "glorifies Stockholm Syndrome".
What is an extremely nerdy/obscure/specific thing you hate with a white-hot wrath? Calling baby horses ponies. They're not. That's entirely wrong.

It really sucks when your partner is extra stressed and there's really not much you can do to help beyond the usual amount of care and consideration. I know a lot of people are feeling this and I'm sending strength and solidarity to you and your loved ones during hard times.
Did y'all see the Crumbl Cookies menu for this week? Somebody on the flavor development team was tripping balls when they pitched their ideas.
#Hadestown was incredible and I hope to one day be able to see the play in person. I definitely cried but probably not at the part most would expect. I'm a big mythology buff and I think the reinterpretation of the myths it used was clever and well done. The performances were also phenomenal.
I wasn't expecting to have incredibly complicated thoughts and feelings over a disabled raccoon but here we are.
As a disabled person I both love Jimothy as an icon and hate the fact that he's getting more attention than actual disability rights that are currently in danger. I know disabilities for humans aren't as cute, but the community needs you to care about us. Please.
I absolutely can't handle animals being harmed/killed so I am not able to watch The Odyssey and if you're the same I HIGHLY suggest you look through trigger warnings for the film.
You know I'm absolutely 💯 adding Jimothy to my next DnD campaign that I run.

My partner told me about a coworker in another department of the science lab he works at coming to him for help and when he solved it, the coworker said that he wouldn't do it because he "asked AI and it said not to". My partner didn't have the time or patience to teach him better in the moment.
