I finally got an adapter to use my m39 Leitz Summar 50mm f/2 from 1938 on digital. Some quick test photos just show how dreamy this lens is. It blooms in overexposure from scratches, but you can control it. I'm excited to see how it looks on full frame, this is just a cropped aps-c!

Apparently birders are in a frenzy after the potential of a "passenger pigeon" sighting in Kentucky on Merlin, lol, despite their extinct status since 1914. Unfortunately this is probably a misnomer, but it's a fun thing to get excited about. One can only dream.
I finally got a scanning setup for my Fujifilm X-T5, and wow. It's insane just how much more natural film photography looks when it isn't blown out to all hell by noisy old film scanners! My scans on the left, lab scans on the right.

I bumped my voigtlander bessa-r i got yesterday while changing film and the pressure plate flew clean off?? The nubs broke off too, i don't even know how i could fix this :(((((
