I was gonna go one direction with this one but realized I wasn't skilled enough to pull off the idea I had at first, so this Maya drawing would up back here and I'm more or less pleased with sitting all smugly.
Current work progress update, showing the focus zoomed in here because I am scrapping and redoing Maya's head fully from this.

Here is the "Bolo" drawing of myth. It evolved into a drawing of Bolo and the girls already drawn but I hope the man of the Shantae cast gets to enjoy his focus here. For real man how has he not gotten a date the girls are all right there.
I hope this doesn't give my plans away too much but here's the bones of Bolo
Okay so the Bolo drawing has ballooned into a drawing of the Shantae girls with a Bolo focus so this is gonna take a little longer then I had in mind.

It's been a hot second since I shared my lunch break sketchbook draws, and on second glance these are more shareable then I gave them credit so 1. Assorted Eva Elfpire doodles 2. Suika 3. I am pretty sure this was a study of a Justice drawing. 4. Very much a Yuuma drawing study.
Sky is never anywhere without Wrench too far. I had a few people suggest both designs working in one, and the more I thought about it the more I liked it so here we are.
Sky work in progress lineart, think I will be wrapped up tomorrow or Tuesday.
Okay since I'm going through the Shantae crew this deep, it's too late to back out. So since I'm doing Sky next which outfit should I use her newer one or classic one?
Risky Boots with all the treasure she could want, and she has a tub. I think she values the tub more, but that's just me.
Current lineart progress, I might do some more tweaking with it, but I need to sleep on it tonight.
So I decided to do Risky Boots next, and as I review the references I have of her gathered I'm realizing she only had transparent pants in her concept sketches. I am very tempted to ignore that and full send the see through but I should be a good little doodler and be on model.

More basic study I did for today's lunch, I'll probably use this scratch as the basis of my next major drawing.

Shantae's a preformer who knows what kinda show she needs to put on.
Cheery Shantae drawing, clearing out the list of reference poses I wanted to use, and a little light experiment with shading metals.
Perhaps I should reconsider how I draw latex/shiny things... anyone with ideas or a guide?
