hello #gamedev I’m primarily an illustrator, but I’m super passionate about games and would love to make one. I’m looking to either meet a talented game developer to work with in the future, or for general indie game commission work! does anyone have any advice for how I can get to this point? 😋

yesterday I started this piece for a national park commission I’m doing. I struggle to do sketches though and needed to submit a wip for critique. getting too carried away…… I hope they like it 😖

genuinely think i’m gonna need to write a special thanks to gaga for releasing mayhem while i illustrate this book and put it in the acknowledgements 😭
graduating in a few months but i’m deathly scared of having to get a real job and i think my portfolio isn’t beefy enough for a good illustration job 😵💫 seriously considering doing a masters degree rn but the debt will be so much :,)
sorry for being ia lately !! my dissertation was kicking my butt and gave me nothing much to post- but i am super back now because it’s my time to get rlly stuck in on the illustration part of my project :)
