i always gauge how sick i am based off of what volume I can stand my music today is the 1st day i can listen to something at 75%- likewise, 1st time i can work for more than an hour without having to go back to bed the moment i can do death grips at 100% volume is when i know i've fully recovered

still sick so trying to sleep more, but that causes a lot of sleep paralysis. got any music recs for soft lo-fi, piano, or ethereal music? in my experience, sleeping with that kind of stuff playing helps interrupt it obv no AI pls
