Just heard a commercial saying, "Are you tired of your AI giving you different answers when the questions didn't change?" Then it talked about how AI is unreliable for consistent answers... then, you guess it: "Use [our proprietary] AI for consistent and correct answers. Fuck the fuck off! #FuckAI

My son went to his first local Smash Brothers tournament this past weekend. I was getting him to explain to me how they ran it. "Win, move on. Lose and get eliminated." I asked him, "I'm assuming it's DOUBLE elimination?" He responded back "Is there any other elimination?" ( @rifftrax.com )

Man, I just don't like the look of Snake's profile picture in Metal Gear Acid. It just doesnt look right. He looks more like a dude that plays guitar in his friends shitty band than grizzled black-ops killer.

Watching a movie and a Meta commercial comes on. Lots of people pointing their perve glasses at things. One is a woman (probably a mother) looking at her kid w/ the solar system in his arms. "Meta, which one of these is Jupiter?" Christ! Maybe the ONE planet (besides Earth) that should be easy.

Biggest point of this (besides the theft) is that NO ONE ASKED for AI comedians. Comedians are funny b/c of nuance, subtlety, tone, inflection, and most importantly, timing. AI has no sense of any of this. No one needs the Carlos Mencia of AI comedy. (There's also a distinct visual style here too.)

This is a good illustration of how so much of AI theft isn't indirect (ie, data sucked into a model to train the chatbot) - it's actually **direct** copying, but *enabled* by GenAI. Of course it is: chatbots absolutely suck at creating good, new stuff.

Asking an AI assistant to explain to me the value of an AI and it tells me basically quick answers. I ask, what about the wrong answes given? It tells me that answers should be verified. But if I have to get verification for everything, that's a waste of time. It agreed. Well... there you go.
