FGFJ/JCIE was excited to support last week's #GlobalFund Procurement Seminar hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, which was attended by over 30 private companies & organizations.
On the sidelines of #APACC2026 🌸 where the Global Fund Board Chair Lady Roslyn Morauta was invited to speak, FGFJ coordinated meetings with key government officials & Diet members. Lady Ros thanked Japan for its support of the #GlobalFund & looked forward to strengthening collaboration.
For #WorldMalariaDay, FGFJ released a video 📽️ featuring a malaria survivor & experts to trace the story from the memories of "War Malaria" in the Yaeyama Islands & Japan's own experience in overcoming the disease, to the ongoing global battle against it today & the unique role Japan can play.
