HEY @azcentral - you do a story on monsoon season and list totals for SOME cities in the area. I did notice that Mesa isn't on the list. Interesting that the 3rd largest city in the state (and it is just behind Tucson) isn't on the list, but Apache Junction, which is 29th in city population is.

Problem is she is not as mean as nasty as the male character in the book. It was so, so, so easy to hate the male Sen Thrumond. Though I must say, the actor they cast as Anna makes it quite easy to hate her. I'd say more, but spoilers from the book, etc.
