First Solar is delivering real results for Ohio. As the company’s largest US employment base, our Ohio operations supported an estimated 9,360 jobs in 2025, generated ~$792M in labor income, added ~$1.23B to the state’s GDP, and produced more than ~$4.25B in economic output.

Since opening our Louisiana factory in 2025, we’ve delivered economic growth to Iberia Parish. In 2025, our operations supported an estimated 1,970 jobs, created ~$132.2M in labor income, contributed ~$211.1M to the state’s GDP, and generated ~$734.3M in economic output statewide. bit.ly/4lkOehX

Shared investment means greater impact. Some 150 jobs were created when NSG Group built its $380M OH float glass plant to supply high-tech glass for First Solar modules. Proof of the economic ripple effect that will enable First Solar to support a projected total of 39,320 jobs nationwide by 2027.
