What's new in Flashes ✨ You've been tagging your photos with hashtags. We figured - wouldn't it be cool if those hashtags actually became real photo feeds? Now they do. Any hashtag that hits 10 photos auto-builds a feed in the new Feeds tab. Same for every camera, lens, and ISO.

The time has come (Part 2) - we're (soft-) launching „Stories" on iOS today (again). At the top of your timeline you'll see the stories of the people you follow. We'll start with photos and a text overlay. Stories will be visible for 24h (we'll add more options later).

Sorry for the long wait. I was quite busy the last 2 months securing a new 'base' for Flashes with @eurosky.social - account hosting and data processing outside of the US as sovereign social media infrastructure in Europe. There will be news coming out of that one in Jan 2026. The Android alpha...

🤖 Android here we come! Spread the word! Share this far and wide—yell it from rooftops, tell your rich uncle about it, slip it into casual conversation at the grocery store.

This is how you can create your own feed: 1 & 2: Click the Feed Picker at the top of the Home Screen and select “Create a new feed…”. 3 & 4: Add a name and optional base information and add at least one term that you would like to filter by.
