I did another Pearl early this morning, but then I crashed immediately after it was done. This time, I focused on replicating the bg art style since I rarely do actual backgrounds, and we all know how gorgeous they are in this series.

my curiosity in game development started in 2011, but I never completed anything; today Steam approved my game. It may not be the best game, but it is my first one and I'm proud to have finally gotten to the this point #gamedev

Wowie, look at all them pictures !! This was honestly one of the most creatively fulfilling years for me, and I'm surprised that I only burnt out twice. I hope 2026 can be just as good.
