Well now that we got the "minor" incident of terror resolved... We figured we'd send out one more notice to let you all know that we have registrations (using the below link) open only for the rest of today. After that we'll be not accept new public invites for a bit to stabilize everything.

We're 100% back online! We have pushed the fix from the Fluxer dev team and immediately all systems are looking good! Everyone should send tons of support to the @fluxer.app team for helping fix the performance issues. Without them, we'd be down for longer, while trying to nail down the cause. <3

Well... we got the workaround they recommended in place, but we're still seeing a huge bottleneck on the server. Some users do have access (albeit a bit slowed) but most others are not. We might need to wait a little bit for the actual fix from the Fluxer dev team (which should come in a bit).

Another update, still working on this. We have a workaround we're trying to put in place. It's just taking us a while to get it deployed. Thank you all so much for your patience, I know this is *not* what we were planning on happening any time soon, but it will make us better equipped next time.

Services are slowly coming back up. The API service is pegged atm due to the influx of reconnections, so bare with us a moment while the server catches up. Seems like our gateway went down momentarily and the API service did not like that. We'll do more investigation once everything stabilizes.

We are back online. Ran into an issue with the API container during the upgrade which caused us an extra 15 minutes, but we should be all resolved now. Thank you for your patience!

As Fluxer (the software) is under constant updates, we'll be regularly updating our infrastructure nightly. You may experience degradation for around 15 minutes each midnight (CDT). We are working on long-term solutions to prevent service interruptions, but this will be the case in the short-term.

Looks like we're under a probationary limit which is why they're very slow to send now. We have a support ticket open with our email provider to get this probation limit removed so all the emails can flow through at full speed. Until then, we all just have to wait. :( -Phara
