Petite question pour @projetarcadie.com si tu as qqs minutes. Pourquoi le PM (actuel voire le précédent) prend-il la responsabilité d'utiliser le 49.3 ? Ne pourrait-il pas laisser la main au parlement et la responsabilité d'un budget refusé ?
