I rescued this pupper about 6 years ago when I was working OT. She had shown up at the fire station and was there for 3 days with no one claiming her. I took her home, and she’s been a great addition. My fave pic, she fell asleep on my hand, just had SLAP repair surgery on that arm too.

My chihuahua fell asleep on my hand on the arm I recently had SLAP repair surgery.

I saw The Odyssey today. Great movie. But the conservative meltdown is just amazing. They’re pissed over the casting choices, but couldn’t care less that Helen was hatched from a duck egg.

The fans reactions to coming here for the World Cup gives me hope, especially that guy in Lawrence, Kansas that was in tears because Tunisia had chosen his city as their base, to say nothing of the great fans from Scotland, Japan, England etc. They see the US is more than MAGA & Trump BS

I love seeing all the World Cup fans from other countries being treated so well. They’re getting to see first hand that most Americans are friendly and the complete opposite of Trump and MAGA.

Here’s a moment of zen for you. Penelope fell asleep on my hand as I was playing Battlefield, I had recently had rotator cuff surgery, so my arm is resting on a pillow and that must have made the perfect spot for a nap.

A little Friday throw back to when I was Lt and this little dude decided he wanted to see what it was like to ride with Squad guys, so we made him an honorary squad guy.

Lizard on radio mic in Squad truck. Ya never know what critters will decide to play firefighter in Florida lol
