Pet hate: that movie trope where a minion says "we need three hours to encabulate the magneto directance", and the macho star shoots back, "You have fifteen minutes." Supposed to convey dynamism and authority but actually unpacks to a whole showcase of shite management behaviours.
For writers worried that they won't be able to "prove" their work isn't Spicy Autocomplete--worry not. You thought about every choice and will be able to talk about those choices easily and clearly. Folks who used the slop machine didn't make choices and won't have anything to say about why

Saw "The Odyssey". Heard about 93% of "The Odyssey" over the soundtrack of "The Odyssey". Good film, well worth the cinema trip, but will somebody please restrain Christopher Nolan from using sound as a bludgeoning device. At times that sound was actually over the distortion level of my own ears.

Huh. Linux desktop upgrade ran in half an hour with no sweat and everything just worked after. I've spent my life on Linux because it did things I found useful, but I sure ain't used to things being that easy. It's kind of disorienting to see non-geeks starting to use it these days. Progress!
The fundamental sin of using LLMs for anything — code, research, letters to your granny — is to conflate writing with thinking. Writing is only one building block of the edifice of thought, and if your CEO's writing is the bottleneck in their thinking then they're not doing very much thinking.
