Lake Powell is hitting dangerously low levels. If water drops too far, the hydroelectric plant would shutdown, and energy costs in Arizona could spike for millions, especially rural communities. We need leaders who are going to step up and hit the negotiating table for our precious water rights.

Growing up on the Navajo Nation, Head Start gave me access to education my family couldn't otherwise afford. Cutting it would hurt thousands of children and low-income families. I'll fight these reckless cuts in Congress.

Today, I visited the Kayenta Rural Alternative Health Center to celebrate its 10th year anniversary. While I served as President of the Navajo Nation, I advocated for the needs of rural health care facilities. I will continue to support accessible, quality healthcare in rural AZ!

Every election matters. Tribal, local, state, and federal. Each one shapes our communities. Today I was proud to vote early in the Navajo Nation primary election in Tuba City. The elections office has absentee ballots for all chapters. Make a plan to vote. Your voice matters.
