i try to be nice but tbh the idea that there are OTHER QUEER PEOPLE out there that want to take away MY right to do things that make me feel safe and happy fucking sickens me.

It’s so obvious that people forget it, but the fact the furry fandom integrates every sort of person and gives them a shared means of being playful together despite wildly different human situations / backgrounds is maybe its most important quality
You don't have to like the freak stuff your friends are into. Just tell them that you're there for them and you won't backstab them like a prude. A simple act of kindness is all that's needed.
If you got a friend that's a freak, please ensure them that you won't think less of them. They probably need some support and reassurance more than ever after. With this stupid nonsense going on, we need to be there for them.
