sketches from my recent mini holiday! Top painting is plein air, but featuring the crappiest possible paintbrush since I forgot my own. Bottom is painted in the studio with my own paintbrush because the first experience was so terrible I gave up on plein air on this trip.
im experimenting with a lineless style right now for some new products 🤔 what do you think?
living in slightly overwhelming times means finishing things is difficult but luckily sketching is still fun!
May‘s Patreon print featured some amazing endangered animals from Papua New Guinea! I was intimidated at first, but I had such a fun time researching, sketching and painting (in stark contrast to last month which I was excited about first and the struggled only)
i keep forgetting to post here I‘n sorryyyy but I want to show off my new colouring book! It is fully handmade which is so fun for me - I forgot how much I love creating with my hands!!
i have in fact continued with #pleinairpril this was day 2! and while ive since stopped painting outside everyday, i have painted everyday except for two days. i hope I can keeo this more regular traditional painting practise up!
