I don’t think it’s possible for me to be more thankful, more grateful, to more deeply care for & appreciate everyone I am lucky enough to have as my friend… for my pack… for my master. Years of abuse, rejection, and abandonment made me internalize an unworthiness of kindness, friendship, or love.
Stuck in a worsening self-reinforcing loop of depressive isolation from everyone. Feeling guilt & shame over not talking to anyone which just makes me more depressed & more isolated. Woke up crying this morning from dreams where the people I love were all leaving me behind in their lives.
