I have been actively trying to compartmentalize the chaos of things that whirl around my old head. When i was younger i could blaze my way through it and there wasn't so much. These days, i think this old man gets overwhelmed a lot and can't get near my maladaptive daydreaming headspace easily. :(
One problem i have with social media is when you have a LOT of interests, you get a chaos of stuff in your feed. Has anyone else created separate accounts to follow an interest? I created a new Instagram account a while ago to follow horology stuff: www.instagram.com/fredrinartis...

But the fun part is... I'm still here, i love drawing, i love doing MT, nothing fan-community related has impacted comic production, just life and stuff. To me, i'm still doing MT the way i always have. Which you have to admit, is pretty lame :)
its like I REALLY AM THAT LAME AND DISAPPOINTING, JUST LIKE PIRO. It wasn't acting, it was self expression :) There is NO WAY i could maintain the gifted 'aura of being awesome' that people applied to me. I tried, but I'm just me, and that never really changed.

Lol. Kind of annoys me though. For years I've noticed some people online get very, very weird about you and Megatokyo. It seems to just be a regular symptom of the era we live in. If you create things publicly and are at all outspoken about your beliefs and experiences, some people will hate you.
the best, of course, was when one of his friends told his parents that Jack's dad was this manga webcomic guy who did Megatokyo, and the parent's response was "I can't believe you are friends with the son of that duchebag." Jack and I still LOL over this :P
