Looking for which person/company is associated with an old phone exchange from Los Angeles County. Does anyone have suggestions on finding the business associated with MO 18295?

Hey #genealogy and #history community. Is there anyone who might be able to go to the California state archives for a some volunteers at an abandoned cemetery in the state? I really need to see what info a court case has, but we don't have $450 to pay for the 1800 pages. 🙏
I am still looking for someone to help me out by going to the state archives in Sacramento.
Sacramento Archive help needed! I volunteer at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Carson, CA. There are records at the state archives in Sacramento that we need to see. 1800 pages/$450. Money we do not have. I am looking for someone to go to the archives in Sacramento to take pictures. #genealogy

I am volunteering at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Carson, CA. It was abandoned by the owner because of ill health. We are starting the process of digitizing the grave cards. We are at 455 people indexed so far. That is out of 20 acres. We've got a ways to go. #genealogy #BlackGravesMatter
I had plans to do research before leaving to meet some clients. But FamilySearch is down so my plans are changed. It feels like I need to have a list of things I can work on when one site is down. 😁
Does anyone have a GPS device recommendation? I am volunteering at a cemetery and we want to remap the cemetery. We are able to use a cite called Find a Grave for the mapping, but phone GPS signals are not the best. Any recommendations?
Went to the county today do to some research on the cemetery I volunteer at. We didn't find what we were hoping to in the real estate records, but they were awesome to point us towards the assessors office to better narrow down ownership over the years. #oneplacestudy
Auntie Day is July 26 (which is also my birthday). Please do not wish me a Happy Mother's Day. 😂
This is horrifying. Please give your baby this shot. The science for decades back it up. 😢
This was a hard story to report. Newborns who don’t get a vitamin K shot are 81 times more likely to develop a condition where they bleed uncontrollably. But more and more families are declining the shot. And babies are dying. www.propublica.org/article/more...

@drkarencummings.bsky.social What is chapter 5 of your book about? The title of the chapter interests me.
hey #genealogy. I have another question. Can you help me figure out what this spelling is. It was later called Centreville, Union Co, PA. I know it was just SW of a place now called Penns Creek, near Jack's Mountain. Google searches are so much harder now that they've changed their algorithm.
Hey #genealogy friends. Is there a way to see who was a Justice of the Peace for a county back in the 1850s? It is Union Co, PA.
New #oneplacestudy blog post. It is on the Malloch family who had a business called Malloch Knitting Mills in Roosevelt Park in Grand Rapids, MI. rooseveltparkneighborhood.wordpress.com/2026/03/02/m...

15 years have passed since you left us. March 11 will have been your 73rd birthday. You are starting to feel like another lifetime ago. But my life is always tethered to yours, mom. "She taught me how to be strong and say goodbye And that love is forever"
I volunteer with the nonprofit called the Margie L Woods Foundation. They are working on helping Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Carson, California (it used to be in Compton before the 70s or so?). I found a reference to comedian Hattie Noel being buried there so I started to research on her. /1
Does anyone have suggestions for finding family history research from Claiborne County, Mississippi? Trying to help a friend with her research. Especially African American research.
Feliz Año Nuevo! I hope the year to come brings you more of what you need.

I'm looking for a location in Georgia called Kay Springs. A search does not show up an exact location. Possibly it is Cave Springs, but that doesn't fit as I've found several obituaries with Kay Springs, so it isn't just a typo for the person I am do research on. #genealogy #georgia
