Body positive foragers!

She's rubbish at posing! It's part of her autism, and it's called hypervigilance - the fear of being perceived. Not a fear of "being seen", but a fear of having to perform yourself. I say pose and she goes awkward 🤦 So, every photo that looks posed, is a genuine moment of Sadie just being Sadie ❤️😍🥰

My expression sums up exactly how this makes me feel 😍 Wild swimming, especially in the nud, is the ultimate return to our true selves. It makes me feel present. I feel connected to others, to myself and to nature ✨️💚

Happy New Year! We've been very quiet on the bluesky front but we're still living our naturist lives as usual 😁 Fab NYE night down the pub last night! Hope you all had a good new year, and here's hoping that 2026 is the best it can be for you ❤️

When they're blinded to their own twisted thinking 🤦 And I'm probably right in thinking that the reason he was on our profile wasn't because he was looking for naturist inspiration 🤷

Autumn! As a forager I'm excited. As someone who needs naked nature time I get nervous. As a reminder to myself and anyone else though, not all winter days are unsuitable for naturism. This was December. Cold in the air, but no wind. We were naked for a couple of hours, no probs ❤️ #naked #naturism

Teaching about mushrooms, edibility and their role in nature, and sharing my passion for nature with like minded people is a wonderful thing. Walking through the dappled light off an old English woodland on a sunny late summers day... Things really, really do not get much better! #naked #foraging
