Comfortably seated in Benedict’s audience since 2011. Info and opinions; a keen interest in his charitable support. Take time to be kind. She/her.

In a recent interview for “The Odyssey”, as the MCU was mentioned, Charlize Theron commented: “Oooh! Well, I can’t say I’m in the MCU to be honest. I’m a button at the end of Doctor Strange [2]. I am, yes. I do not qualify. I’m gonna hand the throne to [Zendaya and Lupita].”

I’ve put a lengthy “Doomsday” leak into AI for a summary and it gives "You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain" vibes. I’m not a believer in fan service. I usually let the creatives run wild respectfully. At least Benedict’s great at playing villains. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not that there were any indications beforehand, but there were no Doctor Strange 3 news at SDCC last night. Nothing until 2029, I suppose. Nothing in the forseeable future, at least.

Benedict’s been on so many sidequests this year, mostly home-based. Most recently, he took part in a tribute to Sir Tom Stoppard at The National Theatre. The playwright/screenwriter (“Parade’s End”) passed away last November aged 88. Photos: edmadden_, anthonywb11, alexandrasluman via Instagram

Sophie and Benedict photographed at a party hosted by Madonna last Saturday (posted on the singer’s Instagram). He also appears laughing in Madonna’s “My Sins Are My Saviour” for a split second, filmed at the party.

Benedict was invited to Buckingham Palace once more during London’s Climate Action Week to join a roundtable "that brought together a diverse group of leaders all united by delivering climate commitments". (Quote /📸David Saddington via Instagram)
