fun fact on why this happens: valve designates a "press preview" start time for next fest (in this case june 4th) where journos can see demos early, but they won't let us hide them from the public. so to be applicable for it you have to release your demo publicly weeks early. it's really annoying!

Had a chance to play this ahead of release and it is 100% worth checking out. Not played too many investigation games but the wrapper here is so well done it instantly sucked me in - and with a lot to say about remakes to boot. (It's also in a Steam bundle with It Takes a War, if you so wish!)

this graduation speech moment is notable, and her amazed shock at having failed to read the room feels instructive. when you're inside the bubble, you think everybody else is. but everybody isn't.

Looooved Mixtape. Captures so many beautiful, bittersweet emotions. One sequence near the end in particular captures a specific vibe so well I'll be thinking about it forever.

been playing the original Animal Crossing for the first time on the AYN Thor and I love how horrible the villagers are willing to be. I think the extra hostility makes for a more lived in village feel. rude neighbours are real!
