We don't use AI and honestly laugh at people insisting it's the future of music. Get a life and learn to play an instrument or how a DAW works. The music industry is "broken" because tech and finance losers are breaking it so they can steal content.
You can't beat fascism at the ballot box. You beat fascism by filling a pillow case with soup cans, finding an ICE agent or other MAGA, walking up to them in their blind spot, and... You do that to enough of them, Trump can issue all the edicts he wants, no one will carry them out.
The common trope moderate Dems on Bsky seem to take when socialists like myself offer full-throated endorsement of the idea of abolishing law enforcement and the military seems to be settling at: "Well, you obviously don't believe in justice for the Epstein victims" (or some such variation) Nice.
1/2 Just because Iran's government isn't very nice and says mean things about Israel and America doesn't make them a threat. Israel and the USA have both been ongoing crimes against humanity since their inceptions that actually have huge body counts backing up that assertion (as allies watched).
1/2 It's actually adorable that these publications feel it is legally necessary to tell people they don't need to worry about giving up their property yet because THE PRESIDENT just decided one day it poses a risk to the nation as if any self-respecting adult would comply anyway.
Would you like to stop supporting American companies? Start with the tech firms. Get rid of Windows and macOS and use Linux (wherever possible). It's superior in every way and fully customizable...also no shitty bloat or spying. Dump iPhones and stock Android for GrapheneOS or other custom
Why do we mock anyone who uses AI? Well, because the technology 1) does not work, 2) it means you have no ideas of your own and can't do your own work, and 3) it's theft. If you use AI for anything, in the capitalist paradigm, it necessarily means you are zero-value-added and surrendered.
I still have no intention to vote until the Dems openly endorse tearing up the U.S. Constitution, declaring it invalid, and writing a new one...also the complete disbanding of SCOTUS and Congress in favor of a democratic system where the people decide everything by majority vote.
If you have a physical music collection, just go fishing through it once in a while. Have a big ol' rummage, get all your CDs, tapes, vinyl, whatever, out on the floor and just look through em. Bang a few on, read some liner notes, it's just magic, honestly.

1/2 I just disable all this AI junk built into these plugins because nobody needs it. It's just irritating that it sits there anyway. 1) It isn't helpful, it analyzes everything wrong and makes a mess 2) You end up having to do major surgery to fix what it did
You shouldn't need to be a white-collar professional to afford being in a band. It shouldn't a privilege to have instruments and equipment. Why does a professional musician and engineer need to live hours away from the action to afford a place to live? This is beyond stupid. Capitalism is dumb.
Petty was one of the few truly elite songwriters and genuinely good human beings to ever live.

I would really appreciate it if someone who claims to be a "blue voter" can coherently explain to me why we should NOT tax the VALUE of ALL wealth holdings at 90%, ALL business PROFITS at 75%, capital gains at 70%, and income over $200,000 a year at 60%. Then explain why we need patrol cops.

They set up emergency medical tents in Central Park. Healthcare worker colleagues died. It is horrific that RFK Jr is on national TV lying that ICUs were empty.
