Here’s a little requiem for the dinosaur studio culture that fell to our DYI generation of producers & engineers. I took over using a laptop, an MPC and some records 🤷🏻♂️ Here’s a little requiem for them #beatmaker #mpc #fingerdrumming #makingbeats #padlife

The moonlight was bright making this on an overnight bus to France on tour years ago… this became “Drug Moon” on PremRock and I’d “Shelf Life” EP, marking the last long European Tour for me (5/6 weeks), and a wild run of dates that changed me forever… #mpc #beatmaker #makingbeats #beats #padlife
Making beats hard again … made in a sleepy little coastal town in France, but can’t remember who I placed this with 🤷🏻♂️
Originally made this beat on an overnight bus to Le Mans, France, 2016, and it’s fitting; a younger version of me, travelling and touring almost endlessly for those years, making music that quells the restless heart. Maybe it’s time to put it out yeah? #beats #makingbeats #beatmaker #mpc #padlife
Always felt I could defeat beat block w this style of production; tight chops, 16 level bassline, Premier style drums This became “Harder Than A Brick” ft. Roshin, Ambeez & TassNata on the Basements of Badmen Vol. 3 on Hand’solo Records #beats #mpc #fingerdrumming #makingbeats #padlife
Instrumental performance of “Keep On” from The Extremities (Dj Uncle Fester & Fresh Kils) “Instruments” EP, originally featuring @ghettosocks @relmccoy & the legend @therealperceep LINK BELOW As the story goes, Percee had taken my money for the feature and not delivered, so… 1/
Here’s a little heat for you going into the weekend, from a joint a I produced for my guy @ShuaJames #padlife
