What is Myalgic Encephalomyelitis? It is commonly known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The experience of #ME/CFS varies, as there is a high likelihood of other comorbidities (Denu et al., 2025). The main symptoms include severe prolonged fatigue, sleep problems, and cognitive impairment.

For our report* on ME/CFS management, it was agreed to combine results for management techniques/treatments rated 'somewhat helpful' and 'very helpful' for a comprehensive overview of what patients found beneficial. We presented this data in the following graph as what was overall found "helpful":
