Burrowing underground would be warm though, would it not? Geothermal heat would probably be more common than the freezing cold that she provides just by touching.

Her primary form can often be a little bit. . . *too* cold for others. But if you so wish, she has other forms she can take instead to make it more comfortable. . .~
