Indie game developer from Iceland. Currently working on Dribble Deck, a basketball roguelike deckbuilder.

A game idea. Top down. Limited space. Objective: Pick up 100 bills scattered around. Pick up a bill and either a Bill Clinton or a Bill Cosby spawns and they chase you. The two Bills have different speeds and abilities. What should they be?

Changed one thing in my game which completely altered the whole scoring system in Dribble Deck. Man I'm glad I waited with balancing teams and cards. Sometimes you feel like you want to work on X feature but honestly sometimes it's better to wait.

After many abandoned gamedev projects I feel like I have finally found how to stick to a long term project. Or at least something that works for me. I'm a little over two years into Dribble Deck and still look forward to every session. I started looking in and drawing inspo from my past.

You know what's nice? Getting confused, worried, lost and afraid trying to understand how to make it as an indie dev today and then saying to myself I'm just going to do my best to make a good game and deal with that other stuff later.

Wondering if it's a bad idea to have a freethrow game mode in the basketball deckbuilder I'm making. If players will not connect with a physics based / kinetic experience in a a card game.

Card of the Week: Flagrant Foul
A simple card that packs a punch. No keywords or other fancy shenanigans but it’s quite pricey. Good fit for a run that has some energy to spare.
