Bookings are now open for my free floor talk about the Fabulous '70s fashion exhibition which opens next week at the Glen Eira art gallery. I'll be speaking about my frocks on display and my work as a collector. Hope to see you on Oct 14th! circavintageclothing.com.au/2026/09/29/_...

Perfect weather for a country drive and visit to a collection of Australian fashion in Skipton. Thanks Jenn, Lia and Leanne et al. Hope the fashion parade and afternoon tea tomorrow are a real hit.

I don’t have many accessories in the collection, because I’m mostly about dresses, but couldn’t resist this darling that came from the estate of an elegant Italian lady who modelled professionally in the 1970s. I love its chunkiness.

An unusually large and high quality tooled leather handbag dating to the 1970s.

I like to take random photos of coffees out, because you never know when you want to be transported to that carefree moment again. Recent visit to Auction Rooms, North Melbourne. Oat flat white, lovely cups, albeit small. They were so kind and cut up my avocado toast so I could eat it one handed.

Oat flat white in lovely cups albeit small on a wooden table at auction rooms, a North Melbourne cafe. Very nice. Avocado, hummus and seeds on toast with roast cherry tomatoes. So nice of them to cut it up so my broken wrist and I could eat it. Very tasty too.

My first (and biggest) celebrity crush has left us. Vale Tim Curry (seen here in Shakespeare, the first production I saw him in). Thank you for everything, Tim, you changed my world and will never be forgotten. I love you x

Vale Dolly. A quick look at her personal style, and how she followed trends - to a degree - but always made her look her own. I'm sure we all recognise the look, she was a total one-off and I adore her take on glossy femininity. Travel lightly, Dolly. www.theguardian.com/music/2026/a...
