New fountain pens from the PNW Pen Show: 🖋️ SASHIKO by Schon DSGN for Custom Nib Studio (Perspective nib from Gena) 🖋️ Zodiac Pens (Capricorn) “Caffeine Withdrawals” by Brooks. I love this material because it’s like the section that Brooks created for the Esterbrook x TheCoffeeMonsterzCo Estie 🤩

Painting with fountain pen inks: - Pennonia x Scriven Montreal Pen Show 2025 “Mossy Stone Wall” / “Mur de pierre moussu” - Pennonia x Amarillo Stationery “Rosa Mexicano” and “Amarillo Antiguo”

The official ink for the Scriven Montreal 2025 Pen Show is called “Mur de pierre moussu” (FR) “Mossy Stone Wall” (EN) and it’s such a gorgeous shade of moss green. It’s a standard fountain pen ink with lovely shading. If you’re in the Montreal area, check out the Scriven Pen Show on May 24th, 2025!

How are your planners and journals doing after Q1? In my latest Substack blog post and YT vid, I reflect on what’s worked for me and what changes I made going into Q2.

Bild

I have a distinction I use among my currently inked fountain pens: some are “notably inked”. They’re notable because this lineup may change the next month, while my core lineup of pens stays consistently the same month-over-month. Here are my Notably Inked in March 🖋️

BildBild

I used these fountain pen inks to paint this abstract floral art piece: - Dominant Industry x Wonder Pens “Tuna and Olives” and “Chicken in the Sky With Diamonds” - Robert Oster x Pen Addict “Fire On Fire On Fire” (shimmer ink)

BildBild

I created this commissioned floral art design for Kirk at Pen Realm and now you can get them on Rickshaw fountain pen sleeves etc 🤩 at the California Pen Show. I love the green - it’s perfect for March 😊

I’m here at the California Pen Show this weekend - ready to check out fountain pens, inks, notebooks, stickers, and everything else stationery. 🫶🏽

Here are my current fave fountain pen and ink pairings: 1. Opus 88 pocket mini with Amarillo Stationery “teal waistband” 2. Leonardo MZ x Stilo & Stile with Robert Oster “honey bee”
