I make visual mods for ds1, ds2, ds3, bb, sekiro, ac6 and more! youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@fromsoftserve

just posted a mod that brings DS2 Vanilla's visuals to DS2 Scholar, in case someone prefers how Vanilla looks (less bright, not blown out highlights, etc), but prefers Scholar's other changes. Covers the whole game. www.nexusmods.com/darksouls2/m...

DS2 Vanilla Visuals for Scholar

This ports the filterparams (and colorgrading files) from Vanilla DS2 over to Scholar, for those who prefer how Vanilla looks, but prefer Scholar's changes, which might be a small demographic, I'm not

since i'm busy working on DeS and after that DS1 PTDE (backporting benefits from DSR, a dream mod), I've decided to release my Second Sin pathtracing preset for DS2LightingEngine PT. It covers the base game (minus memories) and the Shulva DLC. The rest is the default preset

You can now download the demo for my PC Remaster mod for Demon's Souls PS3. It covers the 2 tutorial levels, adding normal and specular maps for most surfaces, pointlights now affect the environment, player/object shadows blended w/ baked shadows, and more!

recorded a 1 hour video showing how i'm remastering demon's souls OG with tweaks to the pointlights as you can see below (now affects whole environment, not just objects), armor rendering upgrades, many new normal maps used, specular maps, and more. I'm so excited to work on it!

just set a personal record for beating sekiro in 4 hours and 27 minutes, including demon of hatred, sword saint isshin, and some optional bosses. Plus, zero prosthetic tools used. Also with lower vitality and posture than I usually do. Pretty happy with that result tbh. youtube.com/playlist?lis...

Sekiro Speedun PB (4 hours 27 minutes) - YouTube

includes demon of hatred, some other optional bosses, and sword saint isshin. And zero prosthetic tools used (because i'm dumb and suck at using them)

new beta of my Second Sin PT preset (powered by DS2LightingEngine Pathtracing) is live for my patrons, who get early access to it as I tinker away on it. They can give feedback if they want, but some just want to goof around with it. Covers most of base game and shulva now

All I want to say is that the Dark Souls 2 DLC maps are insanely good. I've been staring at the maps for a couple of days now, but there's nothing to mod. I know I said I would make changes for my DS2 mod, but I'm really struggling to come up with ideas because of how good they are already. (1/2)
