The first and most dangerous step in the production of vampire antivenom is, of course, milking the venom from which it's synthesized. Luckily, some volunteers seem to even enjoy the process 🧪

Here's a few more photo studies (these are all transmasc people, so these are mostly t-dicks) but it's a good way to see how everything is connected. (Plus, I see folks drawing t-dick heads very separate from the labia, which usually only happens with surgery.) Go look at photos, please!
