Shower pics from today Bed pic from June 25 So I've been logging my weight for a year now, From 1st August 2025 until today I've tried to be healthier, cut out a lot of the snacking. Dropped from 112kg to 95.8kg this morning. Lowest was Tuesday at 95.5kg. 17st 9lb to 15st 1lb. Just under 15% lost

Finally got round to getting all my fluff lopped off. And have a picture of me in the fancy new shower washing it all away 😁 nothing to do with thirst at all
